Question on csv importer

I'm working on updating the handbook section on CSV Importing.

When importing an Investment CSV file, on the Coumns page, there is  
text "Please select the ap propriate columns to use, corresponding to  
your data.  If there is just a single security in the file, enter its  
name below."  Where?  I see no field for a name.  I see a Name dropdown  
with all the column numbers in the file, but no text entry.  I haven't  
looked into the code yet, but wonder if something was changed related  
to this, and never changed in the handbook.

Also, in the current handbook mentions both Symbol and Detail  
selectors.  I see Symbol, but no Detail.  Nor do I see any Filter: box.

Does anyone actually use the csv importer for importing investment data?
