KMyMoney should work fine with Win11.  What version are you using, and where
did you download it from?  (Writing in Spanish is OK - I use Google Translate) 
Also, do you get any error message, or it just does not start?  If you can
start the program from a command line, you might see more useful information
about what is wrong.
