Launch the program. It first complains it can't locate the previous file. Then
it displays the tip screen. Clicking on close or next makes the tip screen
vanish and the program never shows up. I downgraded to 5.0.6 which works.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install 5.1.3 or 5.1.1786 onto windows 10 Pro 22H2 or Windows 11 Pro 21H2
2. Launch program
3. Get error about missing file
4. Close out start up tip window
5. Program never shows up
