error importing OFX

Using version 5.1.3-96a32bc38, downloaded today from the website, windows 10
fully updated.

Cannot import OFX files, just gives error.
Working fine on version 5.0.6, same computer.

Am I missing something? or is the problem still there.

You people are great, I appreciate everything you do.
