STEPS TO REPRODUCE

OBSERVED RESULT
This is the first time this has happened. When I reconcile transactions and
want to use option B, some transactions get deleted.  When I search by the
amount of a transaction, I find the transaction but the transaction does not
appear in the account to which it is attached
