It seems pretty consistent about crashing on line 140 of csvexportdlg.cpp. 
I've added some debug lines there, and they print correctly when called from
the end of .CsvExportDlg::CsvExportDlg(QWidget* parent) but segfaults on that
line when anthing else happens, even just clicking anywhere on the dialog and
then clicking on the terminal running gdb.  I'm fearing this is beginning to
smell like some local configuration problem, but I've got no real clue, nor
idea on how to troubleshoot further.
