Can you explain or give an example of what is missing?  Every Category is
either Income and Expense.  If you mean than when you open the Categories View
you only see Income and Expenses listed, you need to click the > at the left to
expand the list.  In addition, below the list of Categories, at the far right,
there are two buttons to collapse and expand the list.
