Currently I cannot test the fix for account creation, because kmymoney fails to
build in the Unstable:Extra repo against frameworks + plasma git master repos.
My approach to test this would be:
1. create a new kmy-file, base currency = EUR
2. create new account with CHF as currency
3. Try to add a new transaction to this account

Can also test here, when kmymoney will pass the build and the account fix then
integrated.
