I tried to reproduce the startup problem on a Windows 10 VM with one installed
of kmymoney 5.1.3 (32bit), but could not find much delay. The first start of
kmymoney (after a system reboot) with the attached test file takes about 2.5s
(checked in dbgview by searching for the term 'Payees model created with items
0') and about 1.3s for subsequent starts.
