SUMMARY
Transactions which are marked as 'Imported' should potentially get
automatically 'Accepted' when changing their status to 'Reconciled'. If not,
then at the very least accepting a previously-reconciled transaction should not
change its status back to 'Cleared' from 'Reconclied'
