Holiday calendar combobox

SUMMARY

List in the Holiday calendar combobox is not user friendly.
Each choice are not translated and are sorted alphabetically. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Scheduled transaction in the settings
2. Click on the holiday calendar combobox
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT

Items are sorted alphabetically and not translated.

EXPECTED RESULT

Items should be sorted by country
Something like : Country, Region

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I contacted kde-francophone at kde.org (french translation team for kde) about
this issue.
They told me thaht this is not a translation issue.
