Some developer, in their ultimate wisdom, decided to move the dtd files to
another location.
The OFX import function cannot find the new DTD location. I have tested this on
two different PCs.
That the location of the DTD files changed can be proven by extracting the
setup files.
Next I did a WinMerge over the extracted setup files.
I will attach the following files:
Winmerge - libofx folder - kmymoney-5.1-1143.jpg
Winmerge - libofx folder - kmymoney-5.1-1305.jpg
