Are you really sure you want CAD > E000007 and not the other way around?  That
sounds like a problem that has popped up every now and then. but never
adequately explained.  Are you really sure you have previously received those
price pairs, or did you simply not get any errors when retrieving prices?  Can
you determine which equities/stocks use those entries (E000007 E000025
E000044?)  Those are internal identifiers for KMM, and you shouldn't expect to
fetch prices for them from the web.  What is needed is to figure out why KMM is
trying to do so.
