SUMMARY

Presently when transactions are imported into the ledger KKM provides the
opportunity to accept the transaction which places a "C" in the reconcile
status.  However if you choose to edit the transaction first the ability to
accept the transaction goes away.  It would be nice to also have the ability to
accept these imported transactions after editing any transaction.   This
ability should also be made available if transactions are entered manually.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Import transactions into  the ledger.
2.  View the ability to accept the transaction.
3.  Edit the transaction before accepting it.
4.  Observe that the accept feature becomes grayed out.



EXPECTED RESULT
Provide the ability to edit then accept imported transactions.  Provide the
ability to accept manual transactions before entering them which will
ultimately place a "C" in the reconcile status.
