While the specific issues (reversed interest) may or may not have been solved,
I'm changing to wishlist, as the general issue of improving the overall
handling of investments still needs to be addressed.  I have a separate project
to consolidate and simplify all the relevant open bugs, and will revisit this
bug when I get to that.
