IN the terminal I can see the following message show up when I press the next
button:

Occurrence not supported by financial calculator

I tried also erasing the amount of the balloon payment thinking it was a
miscalculation from KMM and that it would recalculate it, but it replaces the
empty text box with 0.00 and the above message is issued in the terminal.
