Changing the name of a loan account is not possible

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. select loan account
2. edit account
3. select any of the available options

OBSERVED RESULT
Changing the name is not possible

EXPECTED RESULT
Wizard provides ability to modify the name of the account
