STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Inspect build log at
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/windows:mingw:win32:snapshots/mingw32-libalkimia

OBSERVED RESULT
The log shows that building fails with
/usr/lib64/gcc/i686-w64-mingw32/9.2.0/../../../../i686-w64-mingw32/bin/ld:
cannot find -lQtWebKit

EXPECTED RESULT
The build should not fail
