After a couple attempts I got it although KMyMoney crashed once and the
first dialog is very confusing. Thanks for this though, saves me a ton
of time. I'll report the couple issues over on the bug tracker as I
think that's a more appropriate place for it. Trying to reproduce the
crash now.
