The rcc file is built by another package (see
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/windows:mingw:win64/mingw64-breeze5-icons),
as distributions usually do, so don't know that kmymoney has additional images
that would need to be added to the rcc file. The fact that the kmymoney package
can install icons and they are then added by the breeze package is a feature of
the KDE binary factory.
