David, I'd rather have the 5.1 icons consistent with master and consistent
across different builds (macOS, Windows and Linux). Defining fallback icons
instead would make the app look different from platform to platform.

Besides, master has this solved once and for all, so this is just a temporary
measure for 5.1 only.
