Printouts from KMyMoney cut off top and bottom, Letter or A4Portrait or
Landscape. printer model: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 5575, ppd driver.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create customized report
2. Select print from program toolbar
3. Page prints 

OBSERVED RESULT
- top and bottom lines cut-off. (See attachment)
