OFX DirectConnect for Quicken 2020

I use USAA as well.  I did some research on their website this morning
which brought me to a direct link to Quicken.  Here is that link.

Basically everyone has this issue. Quicken is working with USAA to resolve
the issue and hopefully that fix will also resolve the problem with KMY,
GnuCash & et al.
