Now I've found the relevant equities in the Accounts view using the general
setting to show equity accounts. In that view there are two open equity
subaccounts under the investment account I want to close. Both of these equity
accounts have zero value and have the option to be closed. Sadly, this does not
help. When I choose "close" for either of them the program crashes. When I open
it again, the equity accounts are still there. If I try to edit the account,
and regardless of whether I make any actual changes, as soon as I close the
investment detail wizard the program crashes with no change saved.
