SUMMARY
TAG field does not show in reports unless report is organized by tags

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. select a report that is not organized by tags
2. select the tag field to display
3. run report

OBSERVED RESULT
There is a column added to report for tags but not data is displayed in the
column

EXPECTED RESULT
Tag data should display if the field is selected to display
