SUMMARY
Matching a reconciled transaction should also ask for confirmation, just like
we do when editing a reconciled transaction, if it changed the reconciled
transaction's details.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select two transactions, at least one of which is reconciled
2. Attempt to match them

OBSERVED RESULT
Question is not asked whether a reconciled transaction should be edited


EXPECTED RESULT
A question confirming whether one want to process with editing (adjusting) a
reconciled transaction.
