Importing credit transactions with "Expense" type category works fine. While
saving "Consistency Check" kicks in and create the "category" under "Income".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Import credit transactions to savings account type, ensure the category used
is "Expense"
2. Verify the transactions imported, all looks fine.
3. Click on Save, you get an error, "Consistency check found the category as
other type, so creating new category under income."

OBSERVED RESULT
The category are changed to Income type.
