            Bug ID: 428146
Summary: Cannot import schwab transactions on their ofx server
                    since 2020-10-16
           Product: kmymoney
           Version: 5.1.0
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: importer
          Assignee: kmymoney-devel at kde.org
          Reporter: mattsch at gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
After a discussion with Charles Schwab Bank, they mentioned that they sent out
notices back in January 2020 to software companies that download transactions
from their ofx server (https://ofx.schwab.com/bankcgi_dev/ofx_server) that the
software developers will need to agree to their increased security terms before
that software will be able to download transactions from their server again.
In order to agree to the terms, the developer must go to developer.schwab.com
and submit a request so that they can allow kmymoney to access their server.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set up a schwab bank account to download transactions through their ofx
server
2. Click Update account
3. Type in password
4. You will get a HTTP request failed: Access Denied
You don't have permission to access
"https://ofx.schwab.com/bankcgi_dev/ofx_server" on this server.

OBSERVED RESULT
Access Denied because kmymoney doesn't have permission to access ofx
transactions on their server.

EXPECTED RESULT
A developer for kmymoney needs to request API access to their server through
developer.schwab.com so kmymoney can continue to download transactions through
their ofx server.
