SUMMARY
The date format does not change when application language is changed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the Ledger, the date format is mm/dd/yyyy
2. Goto Help->Switch Application Language to British 
3. After restarting the KmyMoney, the date format in Ledger does not change to
dd/mm/yyyy

OBSERVED RESULT
Ledger still display in mm/dd/yyyy

EXPECTED RESULT
Ledger should display date in dd/mm/yyyy
