[kmymoney] [Bug 429238] I can open my .kym file on my ubuntu 20.04 LTS, but on W10 it fails to open

If you go to the task manager and expand the kmymoney entry there are two
entries
the tip of the day and file not found
If you end the file not found task kmymoney starts  !!!!
I have no explanation but perhaps as you have more detailed knowledge
