Upcoming KMyMoney release

Hi all,

it's about time for another maintenance release before we start/continue to work on
some major changes. https://invent.kde.org/office/kmymoney/-/milestones/3 has been
created to collect all work items that need to be finished until then. The timeline:

- May  30th: merge branch 5.0 into master
             create new 5.1 stable branch off of master
- update i18n repos to use 5.1 branch as new source for stable

- June  1st: string freeze (no more string changes on branch 5.1)
- June 12th: code freeze (only critical changes on branch 5.1)
- June 14th: release date
