Removing obsolete ktoblzcheck dependency

Cool, please go ahead and do it. If uncertain for future changes to come, please feel free to ask or drop a diff into Phabricator.

Once you have pushed the change and it is gone, I will re-generate the dependency tarball on the binary factory which is used for the AppImage builds.

p.s. Noticed that the macos build is still failing, apparently in a different location now based on the timing shown in the stage view. So it looks like progress in the right direction. Great stuff.
