MacOS?

Hi,
Here is the link to the nightly download: https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/KMyMoney_Nightly_macos/. I will update the webpage to include the link.

There is currently some problems with the packaging of the application, so the last build is from december. If you have some knowledge in macOS development/distribution, help is welcome in fixing it.
