SUMMARY
Investment Holding by Account default report does not list investments "by
account"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go To report and open "Investment Holding by Account" default report
2. The generated report listed every investments from every accounts in one
list
and not separated by account.
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The report included all investments from all investment accounts in one long
list.

EXPECTED RESULT
1.Report should list investments per account as suggested by the report title.
2. There should be a way to exclude investment
