I don't believe that windows is actually programmed to retain it's size and
position across invocations.  If one of the developers confirms that, this can
become a wishlist to request that behavior (probably applying to many KMM
dialogs) so it doesn't get forgotten as a request.
Also, in the future, please attach each screenshot separately so users can view
more directly instead of having to download and unpack.  Thanks.
