windows versions on download page

I already added a link to the windows version created from the 5.1 branch.

The difference between that nightly builds and the one on the download server
is that the older 5.0.6 version contains all translations whereas the nightly
builds do not do that.

Not sure how we can handle that in the future more consistently.
