new transfer button

SUMMARY

"New transfer" button in the toolbar always is disabled

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a KMM file, 
2. choose an account in the ledger
3. try to click on the "New transfer" button in the ledger

OBSERVED RESULT

This button is disabled.

EXPECTED RESULT

It should be possible to click on this button once in the ledger.
