Well, if you let the bank decide what to send and they send you everything,
then KMyMoney can't do anything about it. It just fulfills yours and the banks
decision.

Switch the option to "Last download" and KMyMoney uses that date (and few days
before) to retrieve transactions from the bank.

To me, this looks like everything is working as expected. Please confirm.
