Example split transaction with tags

SUMMARY
Report with tags does not show split transactions with tags.
When entire transaction is tagged that transaction will show up on report
including all split transactions.
When only split transaction is tagged and not entire transaction then that
split transaction will not show up on report

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create split transaction where 1 or more split transactions have tag. Do not
tag entire transaction
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
None of the split transactions with show up on report.

EXPECTED RESULT
All taged split transactions will show up on report

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When entire transaction is tagged all split transactions  will show up on
