SUMMARY
I noticed that many windows that were drawn as floating on X (using i3wm) do
not appear in the foreground as floating on Wayland (sway).

Especially I noticed the following for the online banking dialogue (update
account):
Pick start date (not floating)
Executing Jobs (not floating)
PIN Entry (not floating)
Schedule found (floating)
Import statistics (floating)

Configure AqBanking (not floating)

New Account (not floating)
New Institution (not floating)
Import from ... (not floating)
Export to ... (not floating)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start kmymoney in wayland
2. Execute e.g. Online Banking Import or create a new institution
3. Observe floating indicator

OBSERVED RESULT
Windows are not floating

EXPECTED RESULT
Windows are floating in the foreground of kmymoney
