Try going to the "Accounts" tab and selecting "None" there, then cilck "Find"
again.  It seems that it finds transactions that meet the criteria on any of
the tabs, not just those that meet all of them.

The section in the manual for this is in line for revision, so this will be
made more obvious.

Perhaps this might be switch to a "wishlist" bug, requesting the ability to
switch between "and" and "or" for combining the criteria tabs.
