Frankly speaking, from the UX perspective, we should never grey out/disable the
"Close" or "Delete" account options. Instead, given that we already detect any
lingering, recursive dependencies, we should explicitly ask for user's
confirmation and simply Close/Delete them as well. 

This issue has been raised many times before. I can attest to it myself that it
is extremely frustrating, as I have struggled with this when I first started to
use KMM. 

I am marking it as confirmed and will try to get this fixed sometime soon.
