SUMMARY
Menu option to Close Account is always disabled

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. click on account
2. right click or select from menu to Close account
3. option disabled

OBSERVED RESULT
unable to select

EXPECTED RESULT
able to select action and account will be closed
