Thanks for this guide, which gave me a hint in the right direction. I added a
related fix to my personal 4.8-staging branch (see 
https://github.com/rhabacker/kmymoney/commit/db304ae5b7b2e1d2196529d646486b97073e8e8e),
which works as expected. After some testing it will go into the 4.8 branch. I
cannot say if it will work also with the 5.1 branch, but it could probably be
used as a starting point.
