Bug ID: 424906
Summary: INVESTMENTS BROKEN - CANNOT ENTER NEW INVESTMENTS OR
EDIT OLD ONES IN "OLD LEDGER"
Product: kmymoney
Version: git (master)
Platform: Other
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
Severity: major
Priority: NOR
Component: general
Assignee: kmymoney-devel at kde.org
Reporter: jmadero at usa.com
Target Milestone: ---
Created attachment 130564

Investments Missing Required Fields
SUMMARY: Something is broken with investments now where when buying new
investments, there is no ability to enter quantity/price, and therefore no way
to actually enter a new purchase (or sale, or edit, past transactions) - with
"OLD LEDGER"
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a KMyMoney file that already has some investments inputed
2. Go to an investment account in "old ledgers"
3. Try "Buy"
OBSERVED RESULT
See screenshot. I can only edit date, security, Memo, and status - there are no
options for quantity/price/etc... and therefore you can't modify or add new
securities
EXPECTED RESULT
These options should still be available, without them, user is forced to use
the new trabbed ledgers which for various reasons still have some work to be
done. (creating another bug report shortly on that front with inevestments)
