SUMMARY: KMyMoney now shows closed accounts under Asset and Liability Accounts.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a kmymoney file with a closed account
2. Save the file
3. Open the file with most recent master build

OBSERVED RESULT: Closed account is visible under "Asset account" or "Liability
account" on main home screen.


EXPECTED RESULT: Closed accounts should not be visible.
