SUMMARY
A simple example of what I'd like to achieve with such a chart would be
groceries I buy at various discounters. The corresponding transactions all have
the category 'groceries', and I'd like to see in the chart whether I have a
bias to buy them at discounter A, B or C. As I said in the first post, the
report "transactions->by payee" basically generates the  relevant data (when
filtered by category), and a pie chart with the name of the payee and the
respective sum would make them just easier to grasp
