This is most likely a compile time issue: either KMM was not configured to use
aqbanking, or a recent enough version of aqbanking was not found.  If you
compiled yourself, you can ask for help on one of the mailing lists, or at
least post any error messages when configuring compiling.  If you are using a
distribution's packaged version, then you need to file a bug with them.  Please
let us know which it is.
