Proposed Payee Information Report Layout

SUMMARY
Add Payee Report to the Information Reports.  

PURPOSE
Provide information related to the Payees in the system.  Secondarily, the
report provides the supporting documentation/information for the "NEW" Payees
added during an import, if a Payee Creation date is available. (Note: I haven't
seen it on any screen).

Default Category
