Please clarify whether you want to import a number of recurring transactions,
or the "schedule" for those transactions?  These are very different.  For the
former, you can easily use the current CSV import.
Export will not tell you very much about the structure of your .kmy file, if
that is what you want.  When the information is exported, it is converted to
the structure of the export format, and loses much of the details of the
internal KMM storage format.
